For over 15 years, our founder has been a dedicated serial entrepreneur, community leader, and high-impact youth advocate. With a deep footprint in mentorship and facility culture, he has spent over a decade mobilizing resources to guide young people toward sustainable, high-paying career paths and strong personal accountability.
His extensive background spans a wide range of educational and community ecosystems. Prior to COVID-19, he founded and operated a local youth-focused nonprofit organization. His hands-on experience includes years of active volunteering within public school systems, coordinating campus field trips, partnering with local nonprofit networks, and directly helping launch student clubs at San Bernardino High School and surrounding campuses.
As a certified behavioral analyst and veteran coach, he leverages his unique blend of real-world business acumen and Youth Centered, trauma-Informed mentorship to deliver enterprise-grade leadership programs that speak directly to the modern realities today's youth face.
Cameron Walker
Cameron Walker is a Maxwell Leadership Executive Coach, Consultant, and Trainer, as well as a Maxwell DISC Certified Analyst. With years of experience across various titles in the youth industry from public schools to juvenile facilities, Cameron’s mission is to empower the next generation. He specializes in aligning unique behavioral strengths with strategic career planning. He is a 'Strategic Architect' who treats every student as a high-potential professional.
